SNAGS

Whoo, this psp stuff is becoming a royal pain.  I know it seems so foreign to those who aren't involved but there are at least two other licensing organizations besides the CILM.  I'm sure there are more than that.  Each group has different artists.  So, here I sit with a hard drive with 30,000 tubes....lol...no exaggeration, that shouldn't be used.  Not all are listed with the same licensing group.  What a mess.  I haven't found Kim Anderson on any of them (one my very favorites) but I'm sure he's on one of em.

I had a scare with my kitty.  She had fleas over the weekend.  She was running around like a whacko nut.  I got Hartz at K-Mart because I didn't want fleas all through my house waiting until today to get flea stuff from the vets.  You put it at the base of their head so they can't lick it.  Well, Mocha was taking her paw, scrathing at the fluid and then licking her paws.  I called the vet this morning and got chewed out for using Hartz on her.  I asked if it would have made a difference if she was licking Frontline off of her paws.  Ugh...anyway, I was spastic all day at work because when I left this morning she was nowhere to be found.  I pictured the worst and wondered how I would tell Megan I killed her kitty.  I was so relieved when she flew in the familyroom for food when I got home tonight.  Sheesh, I just could not live through another disaster with a pet.

Megan is in Japan with $150 left in her checking account.  Keeping my fingers and toes crossed.

Here are some snags for tonight.  I don't think there is room to tag them.

Love and HUGS  Chris

Poor Mocha! Nina does the same thing but the only difference is she chases me with foam coming out of her mouth which she delights in shaking at me! Ugh! Pets! Who'd have 'em! I'm sure she'll suffer no ill effects. The graphic situation is so complex, I'm sure the artists don't realise the problems with their work! I hope Megan's money lasts her, Japan is a very expensive country, when Andy was there he said they were charging around $10 for a can of coke! Jeannette xx

thank you for continuing to make tags even after that ASS has sent CILM into J Land. Your work is beautiful. I hope the cat is ok! I cant imagine how upset you were after all you and the kids have been there. Always thinking about Megan. LOVE YOU, lisa

Hi Chris - I once used store brand creme for fleas on the beagle I used to have. She had a very bad reaction from it. I only use Advantage from the vet now.
I don`t really understand the whole deal with the tubes you use for PSP, but it does sound like a real pain.
Love ya

Beautiful work as always. CILM, GILD, it's all so darn confusing. I'm gonna keep making my tags & if anyone says anything then I'll just go private! IMO, someone paid to get the tubes right? We aren't making money off of using them! Emmi

I just don't see what all the fuss is about. My Gosh these are beautiful graphics and artwork, but it is not like they are on the CHAPEL CEILING or in the NY MUSEUM OF ART! You just are being very sweet and letting us use them ...You are NOT making money off of it!
love ya,
carlene

Nice tags.
I did an entry some time back about the flea products, not to use many of those sold at stores (the kind you're speaking up that you put on the back). Hope kitty is ok.
I'm in a stupor over this PSP stuff. I don't know the people as many just have logos. So I guess I'll cont using what I have till I hear different.
Megan can make it if she's VERY areful. :)

Sugar

Love the tags! As for flea stuff, I go to the vets for Pickles, it's basically the same stuff except I pay the vet more. It's a solution you put on the back of her neck, my vet said to spead it out along her back so she doesn't get irritated. As for my cats every year it's been Hartz, the same thing the solution on the back of their neck. Never had a problem with fleas and all my cats are healthy as can be. Megan should be fine with $150 still in her account, how much more can she buy? Especially since she has to cart it all home. (Hugs) Indigo

Cute items! Yep...pretty much everything you take a risk & if they say "Ah no-no" then you take it down! Somethings are quite obvious yet we all do it but then others we get stuff & have no clue where it comes from so hard to ask for permission then. Good luck. Cute items today.

Awww poor kitty I think I would be  running round like a whacko nut too Chris if I had fleas LOL!! Nothing worse I should imagine.I hope they clear up and soon kitty soon feels better.Glad she turned up,don't we all when we are hungry LOL!! I hope Megan's cash hold out and see's her until she arrives home.Thanx for the snags.I feel sad to read all this about the licencing of the graphics etc.I along with others are waiting for AOL to return to the old way of inserting them in our journals grrrrrrrrr.Changes they make so much annoy so many of us.It causes us problems beyond measure.Lets hope they hurry up with it.I miss not using the animated graphics.Suppose if you like art and that little bit of something differant it's only natural.Thanx a mill for the snags I can save them. They are brilliant I love them.Take Care Chris God Bless .Have a lovely Tuesday.

Im very careful about what I use and not breaking any of the rules but I feel like even using the ones we are allowed to we are doing something wrong now.
I love the snags tonight, its good to see people havent stopped using their talent. You taught me how to use the warp brush, teach me how to do the coffee effect, that is so cool!!
Never use Hartz but I guess you know that by now lol You would think they would take the stuff off the shelves since its so bad for pets, Ive heard a lot of people having problems with it. Poor kitty, hope shes OK. The vet should recommend the frontline shot, last months I believe and any flea they come in contact with is killed as soon as they jump on your pet. When I found a stray kitten thats what they used and I never had a problem in the house.
Hope Megan gets home soon.

Awww another kitty crisis. Good thing crisis averted. I have a question about Hartz vs. the Frontline. I've used the Hartz before and it has a pesticide smell.  Do the frontline or advantix have that pesticide smell?
I don't know what's going on with y'all's PSP groups but I hope it doesn't keep you from creating. I thought it was all done for fun. No one is making money doing this are they? Anyway, thanks for the snags. As always...well done. How much longer is  Megan going to be gone?
Have a good week, kid. Love ya, Barb

I'm ignoring the copyright crap!  love the snags!  love, Shelly

Sorry to hear about the Copyright Bull.  Wahts the most that can happen if you choose to use a tube?  Geeze.  It's getting to be a bit much for a cute little graphic.
Thanks for the coffee snag.  :)

Hitting a snag with snagging, no it's not funny, I quite agree. A lot of bull.

I'm not worrying over the tubes I can use and can't use.  I'm just making the tags with what tubes I like, and what happens, happens.  I love your snags.  Why didn't the vet want you to use Hartz??  I've using that cause it's cheaper then the stuff from the vet.

Love the snags...hate to say it but front line is the only thing that works on my animals...the others don't change anything.  and front line kills the eggs too...I get mine off of ebay for a little cheaper...I hear ya on the graphics thing...am gonna go ahead and get a lic too...I swear so crazy for just doing something for fun..but you know I saw a gal at the grand opening of a new theme park in our area and she had the fairies that are now required to have a lic on her shirt and hummm...I thought it was very pretty but knew someone did a no no...but see I was clearly told in my group that we could no longer use these tubes...I wish there were list that come through the groups to help with that...Hugs,TerryAnn
