SNAGS ONLY

What a week.  I am exhausted physically, emotionally; the whole gamut. My daughter broke the law; she will pay a huge price; no doubt about and should because she will learn a lesson which is needed but I will not let this totally destroy her in the process.  Her life will be altered enornmously, and it should.  But not to the point that she is taken down with it totally.  I'm still extremely disappointed and upset with Megan.

I throw this into the hands of God.  He pulled the reins in on my daughter.  I do believe the punishment will be according to His will.

At this point in time, Megan is on my "house arrest."  I am enforcing rules she had to follow when she was 16.  She still has a license and drives the car to work and back...period.  She watched a hockey game the other night at a friend's house.  I called to make sure the parents would be home with no alcohol.  It's been such a strain to watch her every move.  I thought I was long past that.  And she goes back to school this weekend.  How she behaves will be her decision.  She is responsible for behaving herself.

Weary and tired....that's me.   HUGS  Chris

Sweet Lady, i have been praying for you and Meg all week....i have had you on my mind constantly. I am truly so very sorry and now i am pissed off at the police. They did not have to tear the car up and whatever was published should have only been published if it was the complete truth with facts. So sorry you are going thru this and i hope both you and Megan are ok.
love you,lisa

Chris, if anyone can handle it, it's you.  This will pass and hopefully the lesson has been learned by Megan.  I wish her luck when she returns to school.  Your graphics are awesome.  Speaking of which.....that one I snagged.  :)

God Bless you and keep the Faith. Some of us older Mom's have gone thru things like this with our kids and best I could say to you is keep the Faith and hope for the best with your child. (((((((((((((Chris))))))))))))) Raising kids is never an easy job and I can honestly say mine have put my sanity to the test and I am glad they are older and have their own kids to raise, that's generally when they say "yeah I know what you mean now Mom" :)))))))) Hang in there :))))))) Doreen

I'm glad you are hiring an attorney. I can't believe they wrecked your car and put an article in the paper!  That is just wrong!!  There's no way it should be in the paper.  I hope the attorney is able to obtain $$ for the car and help Megan. What a damn nightmare!
I'm sorry Chris...you will be in my thoughts and prayers.

If they had done that to my car, my word I couldn't put here what I would have felt like. You try take um for everything you can Chris.Whatever punishment Megan gets Chris, I agree the Lord will fit the punishment to the crime lets say.everything is sent for a reason as we have said before. My thoughts are with you and of course with Megan too.She needs to be punished but she also needs support which I know you the wonderful Mum will give her.I am furious about this you write,on a brighter note Graphics are fantastic and snagged TED I love Teds.Keep your spirit up Chris we are all behind you and we understand how you are feeling. You hang in there Love Ya.Take Care God Bless.

sorry to hear that you have had some trouble just lately, I'm sure that the police over reacted with your car, I hope that you can get them to pay for the damage they caused, my ex mother in law had a saying about children and every word of it is true, as I'm sure all mother will agree

"When your pregnant, they make your back ache,"
"When their babies, they make your arms ache,"
"When their older, they make your heart ache,"

Hope that you get things sorted and that Megan has learned by her mistakes,

take care Lynne xx

I'm sure your are mentally tired.  I hope she continues to remember what has happened to her when she goes back to school so she doesn't put herself in the situation of drinking alcohol again.  Take care Chris.

Hi Chris, I`ve been thinking of you. Such a strain this must be one everyone. But I do believe that with your faith in God and the fact that you`re a wonderful mom and that Megan is in general a great kid with a good head on her shoulders that this will all work out. It`s a hard lesson to learn, that`s for sure.
Love ya xo

Megan's lucky to have a mum who cares so much. Trouble with some kids is they do these things and nobody pulls them up and lets them know they care about them and what they do. I'm sure Megan understands that it's only because you love her that you're doing this. I hope things pick up for you now. Jeannette xx  http://journals.aol.co.uk/jlocorriere05/Welcometomytravels/

Nice snags. I'm ssorry for all the strain you've been put under. I worry about you.  I know from experience...they have to learn the hard way (MOST of the time).  If there were no mistakes, how would we know when we are right? LOL
Have a good weekend friend.   Barb
