Sunday Snippets and SNAGS

Hmmm...me thinks someone better let the weatherman know that Easter is approaching albeit very early but nonetheless it will be here in two weeks.  Really, though, I checked my archives and Easter was late April last year.  Guess what....we had snow that day.

We were very lucky for once in sw Pa.  Predictions were that the snow that pummeled Ohio was on it's way.  How in the world we ended up with about 6 inches is beyond me but I'm thankful.  The worst was the ice yesterday morning.  It was the first time ever that Grizzly almost fell.  BTW:  I missed my boy's birthday on Thurs.  My Grizzly turned 11.  He needs to get a full liver profile done on Tues.  I'm sort of nervous because he really needs the Rimadyl to keep him moving.

Anyway, we never have spring here.  It's cold and dreary and then one day in early June, we usually wake up to 90 degree weather.

Megan's ATM card came Thurs.  She braved the weather and drove me home from work on Friday...lol...oh joy.  Luckily, it hadn't frozen yet.  She needed to buy some attire that she felt was appropriate for South Beach.  We all ate out and then off she flew or drove back to Pittsburgh beating the bad weather.

Please keep my mother in your thoughts.  She was so ill.  Joey and I stopped the other day.  He took her to the ER.  (dang my brother once again)  She had severe bronchitis.  She had been on antibiotic for a week with no good results.  She was given a breathing treatment and a different antibiotic.  I need to check on her today to see if she is improving.

I've been home all weekend playing in PSP so I'm going to be posting some things.  I'll be bombarding you.

Happy Sunday....think Spring!   The little dangler siggy is available for tagging so you know the drill....leave me a comment.  Also, if any of you didn't get your tags from my previous entry, please let me know.  This old mind need a reminder occasionally.

I'm so sorry to hear about your Mom.  Tell Megan not to buy too much...things like bathing suits and summer wear are in the stores now.  My daughter had a blast shopping down there!

Would you make me a siggy please?  Thank you,  Bethe

Love the dangler ziggy.  You will get a ton of requests for this one.  May I please have one with my name.  Our snow is already a memory (except for a snowman or two).  Oh well, it was fun while it lasted...now SPRING please.

I snagged the cute top one. Would not surprise me if it snowed Easter. :-(  Thank you for sharing and prayers for your mother. God Bless, Janie

I snagged the bunny graphic & would you please please tag the dangling siggy with Barb on it for me? Thanks SO much. Praying for your Mom. Hope the new antibiotics do the trick. Seems todays bugs are getting more & more resistant to each antibiotic . The infection in my foot wouldn't heal & the Dr gave me a strong one. It's working. Glad(?) you only got 6" of snow. We have only had enough to cover the grass. It looks cold & gray out there now but is in the 50s. Glad Megan got her ATM card. Must be  nice...South Beach. LOL (Can you tell I NEEEEEED a vacation?) LOL Have a good rest of your day.
Lubs ya,  Barb

Such a pretty tag! Sorry about your Mom. Hope she gets well soon. Take it easy in the cold weather. We don't have Spring here. It's either hot summer...or cooler summer with rain. No humidity, though. Thank GOD! LOL!
Love ya,
Pam

Happy Belated Birthday to Grizzly- will say a prayer for the liver profile test.So nice you got to get out with Megan and South Beach sounds so nice! I was sorry to hear about ur mother and yes will say a prayer-glad she went in and got a breathing treatment-that can help so much to clear out her lungs and glad they gave her a different antibiotic.
Seems snow is hitting so many people with records breaking all over. Im way over in Wa State with clouds and partial sun breaks & rain but doesnt seem like Mother Nature is ready for Spring at all-still dropping down at night so ground is partial frozen and hard. Im anxious to get outside and get some plants in the ground but I have to clean out the flower beds and with it being so hard, the dirt is gonna be hard to turn over cuz these flower beds havent been kept up in years here.(my husbands mother died and  we moved to her house) This has been one of the longest Winters I can remember. Hard to believe Easter is 2 weeks away..I think I like it in April better lol.
Adorable family bunny tag--so cute and ohh so snagged! That was just the perfect saying on it! I laughed at that one and the cute little sweaters were adoable and with the snow-so perfect!
Love the blue dangle and dreaming here I was a kid again on a swing just having fun lol!  Could I have one with (no hurry) :

Carolina
Puppy
Lynnie
Bette
Clarice

ty so much love the little lace on it!

Hey Chris,
Thanks for looking for the pspimage making info. I appreciated that. There are just some things that aren't available out there. I wish I could get my son to start doing graphic drawings to share, but he keeps things to himself.
Thinking good thoughts for Grizzly and happy belated birthday. Also hoping your mom gets well soon.
Glad you have a great weekend relaxing with your graphics.
Take care, Chrissie

Poor Momma!  Hope she gets better soon...that's a tough heal.  You're right about Spring/Easter...HELLO Mother Nature and Jack Frost!!

Easter tags already. I am waiting to post my St. Patrick's Day one.  Wondered whether the big storm back that way that hit Ohio so hard hit you guys, too. Sounds like you got off light compared to Columbus where my kids' dad lives. Sounds like the wind really hit Lisa's part of the state hard, who writes Life on a Bison Farm.   I  hope you are feeling better.  You sound more relaxed and not as stressed out as earlier in the year.  You graphic ladies work hard to get around to everybody.  As well as keeping up with everything else!  Gerry

Chris, I'm happy to hear you didn't get as much snow as poor LJ got over in Ohio!  She was literally buried in it!
I'll bet Meg is excited about her trip to South Beach!  Warm weather!  Sun and fun!

I will most definitely keep your mother in my thoughts and prayers!  That nasty flu bug got my SIL too!  She had to go in for a breathing treatment, strong antibiotics and cough medicine.  It just knocked the shit out of her!  She is like me.. she doesn't get sick often, but when she does.. it kicks her ass!

Love you, girlfriend!

Hugs
Jackie

I love the top graphic.  I thinks its ironic that all the stores sell all these little fluffy dresses for girls and its still snowing out!  Linda

Oh Chris, I am so sorry I am just now getting here...my life has been upside down as usual.  Prayers for your dear Mom....hope she is okay...and for Grizzly's test today...please keep us posted on both. Happy for Megan...I am happy all worked out for her.  I hope we have a beautiful Easter...and that everyone from the East Coast to the West Coast had lovely weather...many hugs and love,
Joyce

I'm coming to that same wide-eyed realization about Easter - St. Pat's Day - Spring has certainly sprung lol try telling that to the tons of snow in the midwest.  We had the same "luck" here in NJ you did.  O listen Chris I'll certainly remember your Mother in my prayers, rest assured.  CATHY
