Dang, my heart is breaking.  I couldn't even get my photos to upload because I forgot how to do it.  The Lord took Penny from us.  Penny`s Pieces of Ohio  I know she is in a better place but I'm lost.  My first JLand buddy and the first one I met.  She was just as sweet in person, if not more than she was in her journal.  We both started our journals almost two years ago to the day.  Ugh.....I just have to take a break for a while.  Keep her family in your prayers, particularly her beautiful daughter, Corey, who is only 21.

Hi Chris, I am Terri's mom...first let me say I am so sorry for the loss of your dear friend Penny. I have read yours and Penny's journals for more than a year now and have never commented. You both have touched my life dearly. Your love and friendship for each other is quite heart warming to say the least. I hope and pray in the days to come that you can look back on this special friendship with fond memories...and though I know your sadness so well may God bless you with comfort from the arms of his special Angel Penny.
Keeping all who loved her in prayer.
Love & Hugs
Debbie

I'm really sorry you lost your friend.  I read this earlier and felt so sad.  I had to come back a write something.  It is always a big loss when you lose someone.  It seems she had alot of friends I'm sure she will be missed.  Now embraced in heavens arms, she floats on a cloud with angels wings, and for us below she'll sing.  God Bles her in her new life and bless all of you in your sorrow.

I have only known Penny for a short while but she came across as a beautiful young woman. I can't believe she was still able to write her journal to stay in touch with us all whilst she herself was so ill. I prayed for her chemo treatment to work and hoped, just like the rest of us dis, that we would be able to move God enough to make her better.  It was not to be. She is now in his arms and I know she will be watching over all her family now as well as her friends.
May she rest in peace.
And I pray that her daughter Corey gets some comfort from the many tributes to her darling Mom.

God Bless Corey and all the rest of Penny's family too at this sad time.

Oh Chris.  You were the first person I thought of when I received the news about Penny.  I remember that trip you guys took to that concert.  Hang in there in my friend!  At least we know Penny is no longer suffering from Lukemia and is in a better place.

Dear Chris, I read about it in another journal. I had no idea how sick she was--just that she was in the hospital. She was also on Myspace where I go too. I keep thinking of her everyday and I'm so sad too. I know you consider yourself lucky to have met her. Here she was so ill and up until a few months ago giving advise to try and cheer ME up. What a gal...She knew she is so loved here. Take care Chris; I hope her daughter has good family support. Hugs, Deb
