Magical fall, etc. for SNAG or TAG

I'm supposing I might as well bite the bullet and accept the fact that fall is here; at least the chill is here and very early.  My furnace is set at 60 degrees and came close to coming on.  I can't remember a year when it's come on before October.  Yikes!  It was in the 30's last night.  It is in the low 60's today.  Ugh, I hate getting up to cold.  I haven't even begun to dig through and find some fall/winter clothes.  LOL...I dread cold weather.  I should be a southern belle.

I'm going back to work tomorrow.  I feel somewhat better but am feeling a bit of dread.  Don't know why.  I think I'm going through a "desert" period in my life where things just seem to go wrong.  I'm still very worried because the HR has never sent me nor Blue Cross Joey's health insurance continuation letter.  HR being in another state is making me crazy.  The go between here keeps assuring me it's being taken care of yet Joey is halfway through his 30 day "grace" period and I have only some verbal mish-mush that it was approved.  Ugh, where is the warrior in me?  It would help if the person in the other state would answer me directly but hasn't so far.  Megan's loan is screwed up...again.  What in the world is wrong with people?  If I made that many mistakes or screwed up that much, you bet the public would be screaming bloody murder and they should.  I'd hear about it.  Oh well, I have to start squeaking much louder about this insurance than I have been.  I still have to follow the darned chains of command, though, which is another thing that can drive me nuts.  Please say some prayers or whatever that this gets straightened out soon.

Also keep Penny from Ohio in your thoughts and prayers as she is undergoing some tortuous chemo right now.

Here are a couple more snags or tags; whatever you would like; just leave me a comment if you want any tagged; the top fairy also.

HUGS

I sympathize with you and the health insurance woes... it's one of the things that makes me nuts, too. The phone calls, the forms, the repeated return calls, the notes I write to myself, keeping forms organized... waiting for the checks, and trying to figure out who to talk to when they don't come in. Ugh! Keep at them. It's better than not having insurance, though. bea

I'm hoping we get a few more warm days this year!  I don't want the cold stuff just yet.  I hope things get better for you soon.  Linda

I know the feeling of frustration sooooooooo well...you know what I am dealing with concerning my Mom's and her issues of her estate....it took a bad turn Friday...but we must keep fighting.  You are doing great.  You are a strong warrior...and one who will win, in the end.  Hope things work out for Megans loan...seems the people that work on these things, are not paying attention to detail.  A very nice evening here in Virginia...love it.  Not cold, yet!!!  But no longer hot as blazes.  Wishing you the best week ahead...hugs and much love,
Joyce
PS...loved all the snags...beautiful

Loved your tags. I had to snag the top one! I cannot imagine it being cold. It's been 83 degrees here today, and the only sign of Fall is that it was foggy this morning. I've still got my AC on!  UGH!
I hope you feel better soon and are able to have a good work day tomorrow.
Love and hugs,
Pam

I'm thinking of you, Chris.. and I'm sorry things are going wrong.  Doesn't it just seem as though the saying, "When it rains it pours" is so true?  I swear it just seems like when one domino falls..they all do!  I hope you get things straightened out with the insurance for Joey, and that you don't stay down in the dumps for long.  I'm taking your # with me when I leave next week... so, expect a call, okay???

Love you
jackie

I agree, no one seems to take pride in their work anymore.  They just plain don't care.  Nothing we can do about it though.  ARGH!  Love the snags as usual.  Thanks :)

Hope you are feeling better as the days go by. Thanks for sharing....I snagged a few. I'm going to the DR monday. But Blue Cross didn't come to an agreement with the hospital he's affiliated with so if I cont. to see him I'll have a deductible then have to pay 25% because he'll be out of network. Otherwise I'd just have a copay then they pay 100percent..in network. So If that's the case I'll find another dr I suppose.  Enjoy the fall. I think it will be a while arriving here.
Take care of yourself friend.
Luv N Hugs, Barb

Oh, hi, Chris, I do hope your shoulder is better and worries cease.  It never seems to rain but what it pours. I snagged that last lovely fall graphic, the year's last, loveliest smile.  I wish I was where I could see the colors change as they do in my hometown in Utah. Fall is glorious there.  Gerry
