This is just an experiment I did with blings and swirlies on a very old tag I made for a tube of the day in my PSP group months ago.

Nice tag. I have a question about this... I have made several tags using blings, but I'm unable to post them using Photobucket. Do you use a different website than photobucket, or is it that I am doing something wrong?
